logic of islam

ets dig right into the todays topic before I start rambling on with the longest introduction you have ever seen!

As you all know islam has approved of Jesus as prophet . In fact in Quran the name of Jesus is mentioned as Isa in 93 ayat ("verses"); only Adam, Noah and Moses are mentioned more times. The Quran also says that Isa is a prophet who performed miracles, which Muhammad could not perform. But ultimately, Islam deems Isa to have been a prophet and nothing more than a prophet.

As we all know Jesus always introduced him self as god.

Jesussaid to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was,I AM. Then they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.”(John 8:58)

This claim of being god give us 3 options:

1, Jesus Is actually the god and therefore he is the lord.

2, Jesus was not the god and he didn't know he is not the god therefore he was a lunatic.

3, Jesus knew he is not the god but he lied about being the god therefore he is a liar and not a prophet.

Based on islam Jesus is a prophet. But that can not be true! In fact one thing Jesus couldn't have been is a prophet since a prophet cannot make a statement about himself that is false. So why would islam accept Jesus as a prophet? We know that there are endless biblical sources which date back to before the time of islam on this very claim of Jesus. So if islam contradict it self on this very fact is it not likable that islam is wrong and has no bases?, If Jesus was telling the truth in this case, then He is God, not just a prophet. So if islam is accepting him as a prophet should it not be enough reason to accept his claim since a prophet will not lie?

And now the million dollar question:

Why would islam censor such a huge part of christianity?

Why would islam contradict it self?

By accepting islam you accept that Jesus is a prophet who won't lie and therefore the very claim of Jesus being god must be accepted based on islam.
